During several points in the year, our school will be involved in activities that are held at Janes Pond and the Marystown arena.

Rather than require permission slips to be signed each time a student is involved, this form will serve as a blanket form for these excursions during the 2025-2026 school year.

Notification will be sent home though an email and school messenger phone call in advance of any such field trip.
