Any student with a qualifying disability is entitled to, at no cost, the provision of reasonable accommodations. Additional information will be required from a medical provider regarding the medical diagnosis and subsequent limitations.

In case of an emergency where I cannot be reached, please contact the following emergency contacts. These individuals will also have authorization to pick up my student from camp.

Due to budgetary considerations, we will be implementing a supply fee for all students enrolling in our summer camps this year. All camp fees and supply fees are non-refundable. Once registration is complete and you have made your payment, no refunds will be issued for any reason,

including cancellation or no shows. In the event that the ASEP program is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Additionally, in order to ensure the financial viability of each camp session, we must meet a minimum enrollment threshold of at least 30 students per camp. While we are committed to providing a high quality and enriching experience for all participants, it is important to acknowledge that if enrollment numbers do not reach an acceptable level, our department may face financial challenges that could impact our ability to proceed with the camp as planned.

If we find that registration numbers fall significantly below the necessary threshold, we may, unfortunately, have to cancel the camp session(s) in question.

We understand that this may be an adjustment for families, and we appreciate your support and understanding as we work to continue offering valuable programming for students. Our goal is to ensure a well-structured, engaging and sustainable camp experience, and we encourage early enrollment to help us assess and secure the necessary attendance numbers.  Should there be any concerns or questions regarding the new fee structure, enrollment process or potential camp cancellations, we encourage parents to reach out to our team for further clarification.
